Customer Dashboard rolled back and Insights Dashboard taken offline as a security precaution
Resolved - The security precautionary measures implemented in response to the recently disclosed PHP and Node.js vulnerabilities have been completed.

The Customer Dashboard has been restored to its latest version, and the Insights Dashboard is back online and fully accessible.

All dashboard services are now operating normally, and OEM users can resume using the dashboards with their full feature sets.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we completed the necessary security assessments and remediation activities.

Customer Dashboard:- Operational (rolled back to old dashboard)
Insights Dashboard:- Major Outage
Device Cloud / APIs / Mobile apps:- Operational (no change)

Recently disclosed PHP and NodeJS vulnerabilities affect widely used web runtime components. As a precaution, Ayla Networks is taking the following steps, effective immediately:

Customer Dashboard: Ayla is temporarily replacing the new Customer Dashboard with the previous version, which is not affected by these vulnerabilities. Customers can keep using the dashboard at the same URL. Some features added in the new dashboard won’t be available until restoration is completed.

Insights Dashboard: Ayla has taken the Insights Dashboard offline while we assess the full impact. Your [Data] is still being collected and stored as usual. Only access through the dashboard is paused.

Device connectivity, cloud services, APIs and mobile applications are not affected and are running normally.
