In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We are performing an emergency maintenance for the IoT Command Center in the EU-Field tomorrow - June 24th, 2026, between 7.30 PM PT and 11.30 PM PT. During this update, ICC OTA and other related services will not be available. There is no impact to other services, and they will be working as expected.

We will provide an update once the maintenance is complete. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Resolved - Post-resolution monitoring has confirmed that the system is operating normally, and the incident has been successfully resolved.

Monitoring - The issue was identified and resolved. We are currently monitoring the system to ensure stability.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue of degraded performance while posting datapoints in the EU-field environment. Our Engineering and DevOps teams are working towards restoring the normal operation. There may be Intermittent errors or increased latency while posting datapoints.
